1. Melting
6082 Aluminum Alloy is characterized by Mn, Mn is difficult to melt metals, smelting temperature should be controlled

2.Purification and casting
Melt into the static furnace, with nitrogen and refining agent for dusting, jet refining, refining temperature 735- 745 DEG, time of 15 minutes, refining after static set for 30 minutes. Through the processof degassing, slag removal, purification
of the melt.
Casting in the mold to a stove mouth has two filtration devices, on the mouth of the ceramic foam filter (30ppi) filter,
before casting with 14 orders of glass fiber cloth filter, fully filtrate oxides in the melt and slag.
6082 alloy aluminum alloy casting temperature is high (compared with 6063 normal process), casting speed is low, the

casting failure.
