The raw material of 100% PCR aerosol cans comes from mono-material aluminum waste in the German yellow trash can waste treatment system, which is collected at the collection point, briquetted, recycled and made into aluminum flakes, and finally produced by Nussbaum makes aerosol cans using the conventional impact extrusion production process. 100% PCR aerosol cans are comparable to standard aluminum aerosol cans made from virgin aluminium, in terms of quality, appearance, safety and suitability for processing.
