1.Features and application
7a03 is the aluminum alloy for rivet., which can be hardening by heat treatment, has a high shear strength in normal temperature good corrosion resistance, 7a03 is unlimited by the time of heat treatment. 7a03 is widely used for fixtures, truck, tower building, pipeline and other needs to have strength, weldability and corrosion resistance of building on the field of application.

6.Heat treatment:Full annealing:390~430℃ heating; with the different material thickness, the soaking time stay between 30℃/hand 50℃/h. When the furnace cooling under 150℃, it will be changed into air cooling.

7a04 aluminum alloy is the superhard aluminum, whcih belongs to high strenght alloy, can be deal with heat treatment. The strength is higher than the common aluminum when it is used as the state of quenching
