Application of Aluminum Strip Casting and Rolling Process
Aluminum strip casting and rolling process is introduced from abroad in the 1980s, it is a kind of advanced production
technology, the basic process for aluminum ingot, melting furnace, a static furnace, in addition to gas, filtering, cast
mouth, mill and intermediate mill, coiling machine.
The molten aluminum liquid casting into 6 -10mm thick, 650-1400mm width of the slab and winding then sent directly to

For aluminum and aluminum alloy cold rolled coil, cutting the head by the unwinding of the unit, trimming, stitched joint,
surface cleaning, drying, beside the tensile bending straightening straight, surface inspection, coiling rectifying knitting
process, obtain the smooth, clean, uniform color, appearance tidy roll shaped products, suitable for smooth slate, free
of oil, grease, water surface, paint, decoration and composite products of high quality production.
For hot or cold rolling of aluminum and aluminum alloy plate transverse shear or different length with plate products,
machine made up of despoiler, feeding, cutting head flat, edge cutting waste edge processing, roller leveler, shear
measurements, stack plate components.
